How do I make payments?
We offer convenient monthly automatic payments. Contact your Boardwalk Storage property manager if you need assistance with your account or payment options.

When can I move in?
Once your rental agreement has been completed and your move-in payment has been processed, you can begin using your storage unit during your property's access hours.

What items am I not allowed to store?
For everyone's safety, prohibited items include flammable or explosive materials, hazardous or toxic materials, illegal items, perishable foods, and other items prohibited by your rental agreement. Contact your property manager if you are unsure about a specific item.
